Invite someone to help manage your business and choose which locations they can access.
Invite someone to manage your business alongside you. You choose which locations they can access, and they get an email to log in and get started.
Who this is for
Owners and managers using the Shiftly web platform.
Before you start
- Open the business menu (your initials, top right) and choose Share Access.
Invite a manager
Fill in their details
Select Share access to your business, then enter the person's first name, last name and email, and tick the locations they should be able to manage — they'll only have access to the ones you select. Select Send Invite.
They'll receive an email with instructions to log in and get started.
Track the invite
The person appears on the Shared Access list. Until they accept and log in, their status is Pending; once they're set up it becomes Active.
You can't invite yourself or someone already on your own team's account as a manager.
