Your team
Add staff, onboard them, classify them under their award, and manage their profiles — the people that everything you roster, pay, and report on is built around.
Your team is the foundation everything else runs on — you can't roster a shift, estimate pay, or track leave for someone who isn't set up yet. This is where you bring your people in, get their details captured, and keep their records right as things change.
Add staff one at a time and invite them to Shiftly Me, send an onboarding request so they complete their own tax, bank and super details, or import a whole team at once from a spreadsheet. Once someone's in, classify them under their award so Shiftly can estimate their pay, and adjust their rate or allowances wherever their pay differs from the default.
Everything about a person lives on their profile — details, employment, pay, documents and more, across its tabs. From there you can promote a staff member to manager to give them access to chosen locations, or remove someone when they leave and see what happens to their shifts and records.
