Check the hours you've worked

See your past shifts, how many hours each came to, and whether your manager has approved them.

Your timesheets are the record of what you actually worked, as opposed to what you were rostered for. They're what your pay is based on, so it's worth a look before each pay run. Find them under Roster → Timesheets.

Read your timesheets

Timesheets are grouped by period — Last week, and so on — newest first. Each one shows the day, the hours you clocked, your position, and the total those hours came to.

The status on the right tells you where it's up to:

  • Pending — clocked off and waiting for your manager to review it.
  • Approved — your manager has signed it off as correct.

Hours look wrong? The total is the time you clocked minus any unpaid breaks, so it can be shorter than the gap between your start and finish. If it still doesn't look right, tell your manager before the timesheet is approved — they can adjust it.
