Tell your manager when you can work
Set the hours you're normally free, and flag one-off changes when your plans shift.
Your availability tells your manager when you're free, so they can roster around your life instead of guessing. Find it under Account → Availability.

Your usual week
The Recurring tab is your normal pattern — the hours you're generally free, week in week out.
Each day has a toggle. Turn a day on to say you can work it, off to say you can't. For a day that's on, set a Start time and End time, or tick All day if you're free whenever.
Need a split — free in the morning and again at night, but not in between? Add timeslot gives that day a second window. Remove timeslot takes one away.

One-off changes
Your usual pattern won't cover everything — a week of exams, a trip, a fortnight where you can do extra. That's what Temporary is for. It sits over your recurring pattern for a set period, then expires on its own, so you don't have to remember to change it back.
Tap Add availability to set one up. Until you do, you'll see No temporary changes yet.

Availability is guidance for your manager, not a hard block — they can still roster you outside it if they need to, and they'll see a warning when they do. If you genuinely can't work a period, request leave instead — see Request time off.
