- Balances you can trust. Leave accrues automatically from the hours each employee works, so balances stay accurate without manual top-ups. Change a leave type and history stays put — new rates only ever apply going forward. See Leave balances & catalog and Give an employee a different leave rate.
- Protect your busy periods. Set blackout windows for peak trading, stocktake or public holidays. Requests that fall in a blocked period need your sign-off, so the floor's never short when it matters. See Restricted leave blocks.
